About Me
Hi! I’m Lindsay. For twenty years as a genetic counselor, I had the privilege of sitting with patients and families during some of life's most significant moments. I loved that work, especially the conversations about health and how people wanted to live. The coaching path called to me early, but life had other plans: two young kids, full-time work, and a career that eventually drifted far from what I loved most.
So I know the juggle. I also know what it feels like to find your way back.
Along the way I made changes that transformed my own well-being—whole-food, plant-based nutrition, movement and community through barre, and peace and clarity through therapy, coaching, writing, EFT tapping, and meditation. I learned that turning inward wasn't indulgent. It was necessary.
Now I bring all of it—the clinical background, the lived experience, the tools that actually work—to my practice as a certified health and well-being coach, supporting individuals who are ready to stop running on empty and start living in alignment with what matters most to them.

My approach starts with you. I believe you're the expert on your own life—my job is to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and help you trust what you already know. We celebrate every step forward, because small wins build the confidence that makes big change possible. And every decision we make together is yours—I'm here to support you, not direct you.
What questions do you have?

Well-being is a multi-faceted, positive state—not just the absence of disease, but a high quality of life that includes mental health, physical health, and a sense of purpose. It's dynamic, and it's different for everyone.
As a health and well-being coach, I help you discover what's possible and which areas of your life could use more attention and care to get to that vision. Together we'll explore why that vision matters to you, and design weekly experiments to move you closer to it.

My background is in genetic counseling, where I worked with clients deeply invested in their health—for themselves and their families. I understand that information alone doesn't create change. I also know how hard it can be to prioritize yourself when you're caring for so much around you.
This work is personal. You deserve to feel understood and respected throughout. I'm here for you wherever you are in your journey.

Our work together is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and compassion. I believe you already hold the answers to your journey—my role is to help you find them. Along the way, I may reflect patterns or gaps I notice as we design your weekly experiments together.
Coaching works best when it has some lightness to it. Think of it less like a formal consultation and more like a dance—responsive, collaborative, and at your pace.
Client Reviews
“I was looking for someone to help me move toward the changes in my life I have been wanting to make for so long, but felt incapable of doing. Lindsay has been instrumental in helping me formulate goals and turn them into small actionable steps toward a better, stronger version of myself. Under her gentle guidance we have been able to brainstorm practical strategies to reframe work stress, quiet my inner critic, and be a more loving partner. Lindsay's gentle presence has made me feel validated in my struggles and provides the safe space for me to be vulnerable. Even if I can't magically fix everything right away, working with Lindsay has helped me keep my goals top of mind, hardwire small improvements, and feel pride in investing in myself. My time with Lindsay has also given me a sense of hopefulness in who I can become. It has been exciting to think about, as Lindsay asks me-- ‘what feels possible?’”

“Working with Lindsay has helped me shift from going through the motions of life to becoming more intentional about how I actually want to experience it. I initially came into coaching feeling mentally overloaded after a long season of work stress and wedding planning, and I realized I had fallen into patterns of constant productivity, hyperfocus, and information overload without creating enough space for presence and rest. Lindsay helped me slow down and look at my life more holistically. Instead of focusing only on goals or productivity, she guided me toward understanding how I move through my days, how I react to stress, and what genuinely creates calm, connection, and fulfillment for me. Lindsay helped me recognize patterns that were creating mental fatigue and leaving little space to be fully present outside of work. I’ve been able to create more balance, presence, and energy for the relationships, experiences, and meaningful moments that matter most to me.
One of the most impactful parts of the process was how practical and personalized it felt. Lindsay helped me break larger ideas into manageable habits and patterns I could actually apply in everyday life, from creating mindful transitions throughout my workday, to building healthier relationships with screen time, to recognizing when I’m operating from hyperfocus versus flow and balance. What I appreciated most is that the coaching never felt rigid or performative. Lindsay created space for reflection, curiosity, and self-awareness without making wellness feel like another checklist. The process helped me reconnect with what gives my life meaning now, while also helping me build toward the future I want in a grounded and sustainable way.”
